One night, hour by hour

Room 204 never called reception. They still got everything.

Every screen below is a real block of the page you get, and every message is what actually reaches your phone.

  1. 9:52 pmWiFi

    Found the password without asking.

The network and password sit at the top of the page. One tap copies it. It is the question every desk answers ten times a day. No guest needs to ask it.

    Your phone

Quiet. Nothing reaches you, and nobody knocks on the office door to ask.

  2. 10:10 pmDinner

Ordered from your kitchen, not a delivery app.

The menu is already on their phone with prices and a total. Your kitchen is downstairs; the rider from DoorDash or Uber Eats is forty minutes away and the money would have left the building. Opening hours are live, in your own time zone, so nobody orders into a closed kitchen.

  3. 12:05 amTowels

Asked for towels without waking anyone up.

Most guests would rather go without than ring a desk at midnight. A tap costs them nothing, so they ask, and they remember that they could.

Lotus Homestay

The exact format. You can change the wording of every template, and give each service its own WhatsApp number.

What this is, in plain words

It answers the questions, and it sends every request to the right department.

Half of what a guest needs is information: the WiFi password, when breakfast stops, how late they can check out, where to eat tonight. The page answers all of it, at any hour, without anyone having to be asked.

The other half is getting something done. Room service, an extra towel, laundry by morning, a taxi at six. The guest taps what they want, and it reaches the person who handles it as a written WhatsApp message with the room number on it.

The requests arrive on the WhatsApp you already use, and nothing a guest types is stored with us.

Guests get

  • The menu with a cart and a total
  • Housekeeping, laundry and any service you add
  • WiFi, check-out, house rules, breakfast times
  • Nearby places, transport, emergency numbers
  • A way to pay you, and a way to review you

You get

  • Every request as text, with the room number
  • Food orders that go to your kitchen, not a delivery app
  • Services guests can see, so they actually book them
  • Fewer calls, fewer misheard orders
  • One place to change a price, live in every room

What's on the page

Everything a guest asks about, in one place. Switch on only what you offer.

Empty sections stay hidden. A three-room homestay and a three-hundred-room hotel use the same page.

    Type your property's name

We find your Google Maps listing and take the address, phone, hours and photos. Not on Google? Type the details instead.

  2. 0:20

    The page writes itself

Welcome, house rules, check-out, nearby places with walking times, emergency numbers: drafted in about twenty seconds, marked “Written for you” until you keep or change it.

  3. 2:00

Print a card for each room

Every room gets its own QR card. Guests scan; you get messages with the room number already on them. Change prices later without reprinting.

  4. 3:00

    Photograph your menu

A photo of the printed menu becomes items with names, descriptions and prices, sorted into categories. The same works for a laundry price list or a spa card. Check them, fix a typo, save.

Questions

Do my guests need to install anything?

No. The page opens in the phone's browser when they scan. Requests are sent through WhatsApp, which they already have.

Where do the requests go?

To the WhatsApp number you choose, as a normal message with the room number, the items and the total. Housekeeping and the kitchen can have their own numbers.

What if a guest doesn't use WhatsApp?

They can still read everything on the page and tap to call you. What they cannot do is send a request as a message. Concierge.Page is built for places where WhatsApp is already how people talk, and it makes WhatsApp the one channel between your guests and your property.

Do you store my guests' details?

No. Nothing a guest types is saved on our servers; the message goes straight from their phone to your WhatsApp.

What if I change prices after printing the cards?

Nothing to reprint. The card points to your live page. The next guest who scans sees the new prices.

Who writes the words on my page?

We do, with an AI writer, from your Google listing, as a careful first draft. It is told never to invent facts about your property, and every line stays marked until you keep it or rewrite it. Most owners change a few sentences and keep the rest.

What if my property isn't on Google Maps?

You can still set up. Choose “Enter the details by hand” on the first step; type the name and address, point at a landmark, and the nearby places are filled in from there.

Is this worth it for a five-room B&B?

Yes. You may not do room service. The WiFi, the house rules, the check-out time and your nearby tips still save you repeating yourself to every guest. Sections you leave empty never appear.

Can the page be in my language?

Yes. Every word on the guest page can be edited, and the fixed wording can be translated in one go from the dashboard.

Can I run more than one property?

Yes. One account can hold several properties, each with its own page, cards and plan. Open the menu at the top of the dashboard and choose “Add another property”.

What happens after 60 days?

Sixty days is enough to build the page, try it on your own phone and decide. To publish it for guests and print the cards, activate it: $49 a year or $199 once, in your local currency at checkout. Nothing is charged until you decide. A page that is never activated goes offline at the end of the 60 days; your draft is kept for 12 months so you can activate it later.
