What Concierge.Page is
Concierge.Page (“we”) provides a web page for a lodging property (“the property”, “you”) that its guests can open by scanning a QR code, and a dashboard to edit that page. Requests guests make are sent as WhatsApp messages from the guest's phone to numbers you configure; we do not carry or store those messages.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. One account can run several properties; each property has its own plan. You are responsible for the content you publish, for the accuracy of prices and information shown to guests, and for keeping your WhatsApp numbers current.
Payment
Plans are priced per year or once, as shown on the pricing page and at checkout in your local currency, taxes included. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; the charge appears as Dodo Payments on your statement. A yearly plan renews automatically at the price you signed up at until you cancel it from Account & billing; if that price ever changes, we tell you at least 30 days before a renewal. When a yearly plan ends, your page stays online and you can keep editing; publishing changes and printing cards wait until you renew.
Lifetime plans
Lifetime means for as long as Concierge.Page operates. If we ever close the service, we give at least six months' notice and help you export your content.
Refunds
Within 14 days of any payment you may request a full refund from your dashboard, no questions asked. A refund ends the plan it paid for. See the refund policy.
Preview pages
A page created without payment works in preview for 60 days. After that it goes offline. Your draft is kept for 12 months so you can activate it later, and is then deleted, together with the account if it holds no other property.
Acceptable use
Do not publish content that is illegal, misleading, or that you do not have the right to use. Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages. We may take a page offline if it is illegal, deceptive or harmful, or used to send unsolicited messages; we tell you why and, where we can, give you a chance to fix it.
Availability and liability
We aim for the page to be available at all times but cannot guarantee it. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time; ask us by email to delete your account and all its data.
