Guests
When a guest opens a property's page we do not ask for their name, number or email and we do not store what they type. A request is composed on the guest's phone and sent by the guest through WhatsApp to the property. Our analytics count visits, scans and which sections were opened, without cookies and without identifying the visitor. The guest's browser may keep their room number and cart locally for convenience.
Properties (our customers)
We store: your Google account's email, name and picture; your property's details, content and images; your rooms and QR codes; payment records from Dodo Payments (never card numbers); emails we sent you; and calls made to our writing assistant on your behalf, including their cost.
Where data goes
Google Places supplies listing and neighbourhood data during setup. OpenRouter processes text and menu photos you ask us to draft or read. Resend delivers our emails. Dodo Payments handles payment. Matomo, self-hosted by us, records analytics. Our servers are hosted by 20i.
Visitors to this website
To show prices and examples for your part of the world, we look up the country of your internet address on our own server, using a database from MaxMind; the address itself is not stored. If you choose a country yourself, a cookie remembers that choice for a year. This product includes GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from https://www.maxmind.com.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account exists. Email us to delete the account; everything, including uploaded images, is removed. A page that is never activated goes offline 60 days after it was created and is deleted 12 months later, together with the account if it holds no other property; we email you a week before.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data, or for corrections or deletion, at hello@concierge.page. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in to the dashboard. Guest pages set no cookies.
